I cany sleep at night im overthing everything having lack of sleep as cry whole night forget most of the things in day dont rember my medicine what iam taking and what was going to do for day stress problem less himoglobing dont wan eat sleep talk or go anyway wan to b alone in isolated place

Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells..... Don't put up with pain. If a painful condition bothers you, make sure the pain reliever you take is effective enough to control pain while you're sleeping..... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.....
