I have been not sleeping well since 6 monthsand feel like iam lack of sleep and full body pains and my mind alaways thinks about some thing I won’t stop.

Hi,
If your feeling stressful because of anything,you will have difficulty in falling asleep. It usually doesn't occur alone, it is most common symptom seen in depression.
Initially u can follow sleep hygiene- like making routine bedtime,avoid coffee/alcohol, exercise daily,avoid naps during daytime, drink warm milk before bedtime, avoid cell phone n laptop before bed
Try it for 1-2weeks .If not,consult nearby psychiatrist n get evaluated for the need of medication
