Lack of sleep, body pains, stomach upset
Dear Sir/Madam I have been under continues stress(personal problem) for 30 days due to this I was unable to sleep, experiencing body pains and fatigue and also stomach upset. My concern is does chronic stress cause all these things or some other underlying cause. Thank in advance

Yes Chronic stress contributes to a lot many issues. I am here sending you some links of YouTube which will aid to to come out of the fatigue, pain n sleep issues.
