On a daily basis do something to get in a happy state. Whatever makes you happy do that, if you delay those actions for next day, next week, next year, you may be building a staged frustration, a staged sense of unhappiness, which will start to reflect at some point.
So take charge now, do something to feel happy, and make happiness a habit, something you do on a daily basis, without much effort!!

4) Go into a meditative state for 10-15 minutes in a day

8) Travel and relax, and detox (mental/physical)
