I am underweight. I m 32 and still 48 kgs only. Having two kids but unable to gain a healthy weight. I m very skinny. Dont feel much appetite. I feel so full after having a little food even. What should I do to have a healthy weight gain? Any appetiter if i take...it works until i intake this...once i stop taking appetiter...i lose my weight gain as well as appetite. Plz suggest something. I m getting more skinny day by day. Feeling low due to unhealthy eating habits. I dont take much outside food.
