Lab test report analysis
Hi Doctor, On Saturday, 26 September, completed a full body health checkup. have attached the report for your review. Could you please advise whether any medication, treatment, or lifestyle changes are required based on the test results? For the past three years, I have had Occasional allergy-related issues. Whenever you experience symptoms, take Foracort 200 and Montair FX as prescribed. Apart from this allergy condition, I am generally doing well. would appreciate your recommendations after reviewing the report. I am not able to upload a pdf so I took a screenshot and merged it into one.

* Since your cholesterol, triglycerides are elevated you need to do lifestyle modification: reduce fried/fatty foods, sweets and alcohol; exercise regularly. * Repeat LFT + lipid profile in 6–12 weeks. * If ALT remains elevated, consider USG abdomen/liver and further evaluation. * No cholesterol medication can be decided from these results alone. You need to take sugar,bp,BMI,ECG to assess cardio vascular risks before prescribing. *Your vitamin D is not too low but need correction.Stand in direct sunlight during early morning or late evening for 15-20 minutes daily
Health Tips
* Maintain healthy weight and adequate hydration. * Continue prescribed allergy medicines; don’t stop them without medical advice. * Seek review if jaundice, dark urine or significant abdominal pain develops. Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation

The attached screenshots are too small/blurred to interpret safely, so I cannot confirm whether a statin or any other medication is needed from this image alone. Treatment depends on the actual values, fasting status, medical history and cardiovascular risk; do not start or continue prescription medicines solely on an online guess.
Next Steps
Please upload a clear, complete report or type the key values (lipid profile, glucose/HbA1c, liver and kidney tests) and arrange a consultation to interpret them in context. You can book a Practo consultation with me to review the report properly.
