For the last 1 and half years i have been suffering from hip and right leg pain. After consulting the doctor and medication im not feeling the pain nowadays however if i stress my legs i feel the pain very rarely but not like before.. Does this mean that the disc got back to the original position.. Can the herniated disc cured on its own naturally..

It actually not really matters if the disc got back or not. There is no pain that's great. Keep your physically active. You can consult a physiotherapist for precautions and preventive exercises.
Next Steps
Start doing yoga or swimming regularly, it will help.
