L5 - S1 disc prolapse
I have been suffering from low back pain for about 8 months. We have took an MRI and it is found to be disc bulge. Doctors have not told the Cause of this condition. And I have been in a treatment. But analgesics don't work out for me. I get pain and couldn't able to sit or work more than one hour. Can't able to lift things even at a slight weight. Is it necessary to do surgery for this condition? I don't want to use steroid injections that may cause side effects and weight gain.? What can I do to lead a normal life?
