L5-S1 disc herniation
I am 17 years old and i have a slipped L5-S1 disc,a bulging L4-L5 disc,lumbar spondylosis amd degenerative disk disease according to my MRI report.Can anyone tell me if i really jave spondylosis and degenrated disks or not? i have also done one X-Ray of lumbosacral spine,but it has not concluded any spondylosis.Please tell me.See the picture of my MRI plate attached.

A single MRI image is not enough to diagnose spndylolysis...trust the reporting if it says so... I would be more worried about your L5 S1 propapsed disc if it is giving symptoms You may need a microdiscectomy in future
