L5/5 Disc issue
L4-5 disc shows right paracentral focal disc extrusion measuring 14 x 10 x 12 mm in size impinging on the thecal sac and cauda equina roots with mild central spinal canal stenosis, moderate
right lateral recess stenosis, mild left lateral recess stenosis, compressing the right traversing L5 root and abutting the left traversing L5 root at the lateral recesses.
L5-S1 disc shows posterior central focal disc protrusion effacing epidural fat.
