l4-l5 disc degeneration, central and left para central disc extrusion at l4-l5 level causing tecal sac compression and impingement on left neural formina
suffering it from last 7yrs, my AGE is 29yrs

What is your condition in 7years. What percentage change in terms of pain, mobility. If the condition has not advanced in this span then definitely it can be reversed to great extent.
