Hii
You can go for physiotherapy treatment for this problem
Physiotherapist can evaluate you and give appropriate treatment .
You will have to go for specific back exercises
(Stretching/ strengthening)that physio can demonstrate u properly.
You will also have to look after your posture
Maintain proper posture like for e.g. in sitting
For work you should be sitting in 90-90 degree
angle with spine and things.
For pain relief you can go for ice fomentation
Or alternate heat and ice therapy.
