Kshar karma and basti in fissure
How effective is kshar karma in treating anal fissure continued since six months ,will it completely cure cuts,heal wounds or any skin tag?

Dont use kshar karma in anal fissure....it requires healing not scraping!
Kshar is effective in scraping !!
Yes in skin tag kshar sutra should be used to cut it off from skin!

use jatyadi tail...take it in a piece of cotton and place it over fissure!

I think it dont need kshar karma if it was small fissure. use some laxative to make soften your stool. and local application of some ointment can be sufficient. consult any kshar sutra specilist or good ayurved practitioner near your place. or tele consultation with me if you wwant to discuss more about it

Cur i.e. chronic anal fissure can be managed by conservatively if acute with sever spasm needed surgeon's hand to cure
