KOH papsmear positive fungi, im pregnant
HI, good day, I'm pregnant for 2 months, I just had requested by my physician to have a pap smear and the results is: GRAM STAIN: The gram stained smears show moderate number of gram negative bacilli. Moderate number of polymorphonuclear leucocytes are noted. KOH: KOH smears are POSITIVE for fungi. What does it means? Will my baby be all right? Is there a possibility that he/she may have deformities upon delivery? Is there a tendency for miscarry of my baby?
