Knuckles problem
Pls read carefully on my knuckles rub after skin black and after upper layer of skin cut throught the nailcuteer and got sctrached and skin red after skin black and thick touch to hard surface of skin so plz i hope you read my problem carefully and help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz

Don't worry...you are suffering from  keratoderma causing thickness.. Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Next Steps
You can apply moisturizer and sunscreen to prevent further color change due to sun light. also if you want to get rid of pigments there, you can apply melalite 15.
