In such a situation use ice pack for stopping the bleeding if its happening. Then immediately take your child to a PEDODONTIST (a child specialist in dentistry). They can evaluate the condition properly wether any treatment need to be done or it will heal at its own or they need to keep a watch for a few days. Generally what happens when a child falls is 1- intrusion (when it goes more into the socket) , 2- extrusion (when the tooth comes a little bit out of the socket) , 3- Fracture. So every problem has different line of treatment which can be solved only by checking the patient.

Please take her to a pediatric dentist soon. And if ever she has a fall again on her face or mouth make sure you apply ice immediately as first aid till you see a doctor.

It's utmost important to get a dental check up done within a day or two as there are chances of fracture, infections etc.
