Knock knees
I recently had X-RAY of my knees and I was diagnosed with decreased knees joint cartilage and knock knees. I am doing exercises which include strengthening and stretching exercises. Please suggest me some natural remedies to maintain and even increase knee joint cartilage.

Apply sesame oil daily morning and evening to the jointand sit in sunlight for half an hour
