Xray appears normal however one requires a full length (hip to ankle)  xray or a CT scanogram to ascertain the mechanical and anatomical axis and also to draw the necessary angles around the knee to see if it falls within the normal range. Knock knees if it's within the normal range is considered normal. Normal knee which appears to have slight vara doesn't need to be treated unless you are worried about cosmetic appearance. Please meet a good Orthopaedic surgeon,  if possible a paediatric ortho and get an opinion.
