1. Knee Quadriceps exercises ( Static- 10 times per hour, for 14-15 hours a day) 2. Knee Quadriceps exercises (Dynamic-4-5 times per day for 5 minutes) 3. Ice pack application, thrice daily for 5 minutes( cover with a plastic bag or cloth). 4. Avoid squatting and sitting on floor.
