Knee surgery
My father suffering from knee pain and few doctors suggested knee surgery. But no one givining clarity on after surgery life style. Can someone explain what are the precautions to take after knee replacement surgery and what is going to be the life style of my dad. Is his Normal life style continued or any limitations. Please advise.

Lot of options there to control pain due to arthritis. It is not curable. If you tried all treatment options before and still pain there- go for knee replacement. You can’t bend the knee fully even after hiflex knee. Difficulty in sitting on the floor.

Knee replacement is not answer to knee pain Only advanced osteoarthritis of knee is an indication for osteoarthritis of knees So please take x rays and send Take a second or third opinion after surgery which is a major surgery After surgery there will be limitation of movement slightly but pain will not be there
