Knee problem
I have a faint pain in my knee mostly left.
I had no injuries past 1 yr.
When I keep it flat on pain reduces, but when I fold the leg vertically when I lay on bed, it pains. It also pains when I keep one leg on other knee.
What could be the problem. Just need to have an overview. Post it, I shall take consultation. Is it something to worry?

From your history, it seems knee ligament issue.. need to asses for ligament problem

You could have internal derangement of your knee structures..
We can arrive to a provisional diagnosis by doing clinical examination followed by scans.
