Hi doctor, Last few days I feel paining on my right knees... This was happening whenever I fold my leg to sit on the chair, then while try to walking I feel it for a minute... After that it's not..

This is due to strain in the knee take rest for few days,don't bend the knee ,don't sit in cross legged, give hot or cold pack
