Knee Pain while climbing
I play badminton regularly and i feel knee pain in the afternoon or evening while climbing stairs etc. However, i dont feel any pain while playing or after a long sleep in night. How do i overcome this pain?

It might be due to patella mal tracking do VMO exercises. Consult Ortho dr near you.

Do you feel pain in the sides of knee or in the front of knee? It could be due to meniscal involvement...
