You need to give your knee some good rest and time for recovery. I'm not sure how long ago you got injured. But in case it's fresh , apply ice and elevation and use crepe bandage and diclo gel. Get a consultation after a month to see how much recovery has occured and when to start physio. If needed surgery would be indicated

Hello Kindly provide more details as to the what injury happened to the knee and how? Did patient already had knee pain from before and if so how severe was it? Does he have swelling and did the swelling begin after the injury? Is he able to walk now and if so with how severe pain?
