feeling heaviness while walk may be caused by muscle weakness in and around knee joint which may be due to lack of activity or nerve related problem from lumbar spine or may be due to strain cause by your life style activities better you consult a Physiotherapist to ruleout the problem and treat it accordingly

For a 25 yr old.. It may be some muscle weakness and some muscles tightness. You need to get that checked out. If you have history of fall or accident, we need to rule out any ligament or meniscal injury.. Or just a long standing sprain or strain.
