Knee pain problem
I feel pain on my knees when I sit for long time on cross leg position but when I leave the position , pain reduces automatically. Is it a serious issue

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Hello, No it's not a serious thing. But you can just start with the calf pump exercises and quadriceps and Hamstring exercises
