Knee pain not very severe but its there
I have recently joined gym again, experienced pain in my right knee. I had Vitamin D deficiency. I also have lower back pain during periods.

Hello there, Well when you say you have vitamin D deficiency that means your vit D levels should be in the deficient category as there is also an insufficient category...so i hope you say it correctly that you have vit D deficiency and not insufficiency. What are you doing to overcome your depleted vit d levels? Pain during menses is a common problem in 65% of women below 30 years...however it can be lessened with strong pelvic,core and certain back static exercises. Get back for proper advise and treatment plan And by gyming do you mean wt training/cardio or mixed?? Regards
