Hello, thank you for your question. Knee pain has many causes but in this age group (45-55 years) there is onset of early osteoarthritis. This is most common in females of recent onset menopause (which may be your case). You should avoid squatting and sitting cross legged. Do hot packs twice a day Take some joint supplements. Go for morning and evening walks. Start doing knee exercises for strengthening of your quadriceps muscle as shown in my video https://youtu.be/h0k4i3lclxu
