Knee pain in moving run
I have a pain in knees for running moving and stepping and standing position since 6 years. And sharp pain in heel. When I sit in chair and bed the pain is none in knees and heel. Body stamina is slow down. And eye sight is slow down. And sexual power is being very poor than past. I am a police officer, my work is standing field work. My knees are became very poor since 5-6 years. Please advise me what is the reason and treatment.thanks

Supplement must quadriceps exercises in gradually process. But firstly tk physiotherapy treatment for few days to release muscle. Long standing is your problem

Hi there...Some of the most common reasons for knee pain are sprained ligaments, meniscus (cartilage) tears, tendonitis, and runner's knee...some other causes include bursitis,osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain syndrome etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful...regarding low sexual power consult nearest psychiatrist they will do the needful.

Due to your working position, prolonged standing is the only reason of your knee and heel pain. In prolonged standing your muscles around knee joint and ankle joint become weekend because these joints are weight bearing joints. That is the only reason you feel better in sitting & lying position. So do your proper strengthen your knee and ankle joints.. By under supervision of physiotherapist
