Knee pain in left leg.
Knee pain. Specially when get up after a sleep or lay down for some time. I have been walking 4-5 km daily, half in morning and half in evening. Lost 7 kg weight in last 7 weeks. Using food supplements for last 2 months. Now my weight is 81 kg with height of 5'3". I am a 29 year old girl. Please suggest.

Also seek professional help from a dietitian for a balanced diet based on your metabolic need.
