I am having pain in my knee left leg and I can't move properly specially while moving down stairs my age is 65

Hi, do you have any swelling? First of all wear the right footwear either sports shoes or doctors shoes I do not have much details of you but it's possible that it's due to arthritis Do not sit down or go up and down stairs much Physiotherapy will help you tremendously
