Knee pain in left and right both knee
My weight is 60 kg.i have one child through C-section. After pregnancy i feel knee pain in both the knee while I bend knee or  sitting or using indian washroom or using staircase.i consult orthopedic doctor he gives me B12 n d3 and calcium tab.for 6 month but there is no much relief.i have doing some exercise which Dr suggest and my x-ray report was normal.i attached MRI with it.plz tell me what is it and  how much time it takes to normal as before and is it lifelong pain ?

There is tendinoppathy of quadriceps. Avoid doing excessive exercises and climbing stairs Get an X-ray of knees and share it to me.

Its just tendon issue… Physiotherapy and muscle strengthening would help you apart from regular medication

The symptoms that you mentioned are arising from your knee bone cap.. Do not correlate your symtoms with MRI reports. MRI may not report what Your Ortho doctor wants to see in your knee or the radiologist may not see what the Ortho doctor wants to know.. Films will give a better idea than report. You were prescribed some exercises by the doctor keeping in mind your condition.. Kindly follow the advise your doctor has suggested and follow up with him so that the exercises can be modified.
