Knee pain in both legs
I feel some sensations in my knee and some pain. I had some issue after excessive running 2 years back. This pain has never completely gone and I was told by the doctor that it night be cartilage issue. I am starting physiotherapy. Do u suggest to take some ultround therapy? Is it a possibility that the cartilage has permanently damaged?
