Knee pain from skiing
I skied for 15days straight without much rest one month ago and gradually experienced increasing swolling and knee pain during and after exercise. I think the reason for the pain was me having too mych rear weight (back seat) while skiing. I rested for one week and then tried to get back to running + hiking but still experience pain after training. I love exercise, so I need help how to best an most effectively rehab while still staying active.

You can try doing static and dynamic quadriceps strengthening exercises. Apply ice packs locally before and after exercise. Best would be to screen your knee with an MRI to know if you have damaged your knee funding skiing.
Health Tips
Pain and swelling after 20 days of sports indicates something happening within knee. Get your knee screened.
