Knee Pain from one week
Last year, i fell down and my knee started paining ,That time i consultant with one Dr. , he said its normal just Muscle Pain, He gave me pain killer and then i was fine. Now last week suddenly my knee twisted and pain started again,Now its about 5 days I am in pain. so kindly help me

If there was twisting injury.. You may have injured one of the ligaments of the knee joints.
Pls get an Xray and Ice it. You may need an MRI or clinical examination if pain doesn't settle to diagnose the exact injury
