Left Knee pain for the past 3month.no medication cures it. Pain is high while climbing steps.now very mild pain started in right knee too.I took allopathy,ayurvedic and homeo,no remedy

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Homeopathy will provide no remedy for what so ever.
And you might have just taken pain killers in allopathy. That too without consulting anyone.
Get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
X-ray will be required.
