PAIN ON BENDING KNEE
Actually this was started when I was Playing game and I sudden fall on brick and My doctor told me Your tendon Injury u have to take bed rest after that 6 month now, It's started pain again when Ma active in sport Now when I bend Knee like in Squat positions then I feel pain on that location marked help me doctor plz am scared I wanna Run on my foots plz help I feel pain

Check your uric acid levels, this happens if uric acid is high , also check your vitamin d 3 levels they will be very low

Give warm compression daily.. drink plenty of fluids . Once meet an orthopedician to know any xray is required.
