Apply megaheal ointment for 3-4 time in a day for 5-7 days. Take meds: Tab Zerodol p twice daily for 5 days TAB ENZOMAC FORTE TWICE DAILY FOR 12 days.
Next Steps
Do not bend knee for 3-4 days
