Accident knee injury
Hello sir i met with an accident in nov 18th, almost 70 completed, my right leg was injured that time blood clotting occured below the knee, since i feel pain below the knee and knee, what are the precautions i must take and how long it to take complete recovery, plz sir let me know it clearly, mri scan was also done, in that scan some small distortion are occured remaining all same, please let me know it clearly... thanking in advance

Your symptoms suggest intrarticular or extrarticular soft issue pathology or soft bony injury around knee. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises ( static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help.
