I am having a knee pain from past two years I am attaching mri scan report please let me know if there is anything serious and what exactly my problem is

I think you should meet a knee surgeon like me or any one else and get proper assessment done clinically of the knee joint  and have a reasonable discussion before jumping into any conclusions since you have this knee pain since 2 years and also  have some significant picture in your knee regarding meniscus and PCL
