  4. Knee pain and sound. Kindly advise.

Doctor, My son is suffering ocassional pain in his right knee, while he bends his leg it makes a loud  snapping sound and it seems that the knee cap is loose. He had undergone physiotherapy for a month but to no avail. Kindly advise.
