Knee pain and pain in patell cap

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello doc, from 2 days am feeling pain in knee around and on patell cap. It is very painful when I press knee or patell cap. I have pain in my both legs when am walking also. I tested for uric acid and ra factor 2 months ago everything is normal. I use to take omega 3 capsule regularly. Then what's the reason behind this problem??? Please help and suggest what to do...
