My knees pain after standing for few minutes or some outdoor activity like running and exercise.., i have done the hemoglobin blood test and uric acid both reports were normal.. what can be the issue ??

Too much sitting and sitting with knees bend more than right angles. This leads to relative inefficiency in the thigh muscles and when this muscles are faced with the challenge they give pain which is experienced at knee.
