Knee pain after sleep
I m 36 year old sharp knee pain when I wake up and gradually reduce in 10 to 15 minutes walk After sitting for long time and when I get up sharp pain observed and gradually reduce Not able to stand without leaning for more than 10 minutes.

At an young age of 35 yrs Arthritis is very uncommon .Please meet an Orthopaedician and get x-rays and if needed MRI scans which will tell you what is wrong and guide for further management. Looking at your story probably you have meniscal/ patellofemoral changes which might be helped by Arthroscopic intervention.
