Knee pain after...!!
Hello Doctors , Good evening
I did 160kg * 3 squats in morning without any belt, knee support or wraps.
Now a very sharp pain in right knee.
Especially when i sit and then stand then a sharp pain.
Whats the cause ?
Please tell a good branded pain killer for that
