Knee pain after evening walk
Hi My wife is having pain is knees from past 4-5 days . Actually she has started jogging and evening walk after a long gap , so it's might be due to same . Please suggest me. Her age is 32 years. Br Rohit kaushik

Hi, Some times they get stress fractures in shin bone after long gap - that cause pain below the knee. If it is knee pain - it might be due to meniscal problem or anterior knee pain. Consult Ortho doctor.
