Knee Pain after changing Walking style
I walked with my toes pointed outward like a duck since my childhood till now.Knee Pain started when I start correcting my walking position.Now Should I continue with the correct form of walking or go back to how I used to walk.

You should continue with correct walking position meanwhile for this you need to consult a Physiotherapist urgently. He/She will examine you according to which then can suggest you different exercise to improve your walking pattern. Also they will try to reduce your knee pain during your walking.

Hi, To know what is improper gait/walking pattern , we need to know which is proper gait pattern. For that, physiotherapist will be the best person to assess and explain it to you. It's not impossible to unlearn improper walking pattern now as you said knees are affected. It's important to strengthen the knees and back muscles as well. Because any improper gait may affect your back also.

Walking with toes pointing out since birth happens for a reason. Post a picture of your legs with toes straight in standing position.

You need to get assessed properly by physiotherapist.. As your gait is like this from childhood muscles have gone into spastic state over a period of years.. Once you will get good stretches and recommended good exs you will be able to walk on your entire foot..
