Knee pain after a sound
Hi, After so many years I got a chance to swim in a river. While swimming i felt a cracking sound from my right knee. I felt that to be usual while it is cold coz I do have that on cold seasons in sudden moves i make. I tried to swim once again the same thing happened. But I continue to swim without much stress to my knees. But once I am out from water i came to know that I am now able to stand on my right leg properly. Its now 4 days still the pain is not reduced. When I touch the side of kneecap i could feel the pain. And also I can't make any sudden moves. Its very difficult now to walk and run with this. Why does this happen and what is the reason for this crack.
