Knee n hip manual physiot
Im taking manual physiotherapy for grade 1 meniscus tear & snapping hip. 3 sittings of its over n after 3 weeks he told me 2 consult him. Now I don't get pain when using stairs bt some times I get d pain in d middle of d knee. Snapping hip slightly reduced. How many days it takes to cure coz Im suffering frm 2 months.

May b it will take time 1 to 3 months for recovery might b long term.. it depends on ur exercise methods and techniques.. For fast recovery u should repeat the exercises 5 times per a day.. u should do more strengthening exercises.. Hope u will b better soon. TC
