Knee movement
I had an accident at home by which my knee had been struck, after many taking care of there is movement related problem in my knee.

From the injury description and your age profile, it looks like you have a cartilage tear I your knee. This can be confirmed by a scan and if symptomatic, then arthroscopic (key hole) surgery is adviced.
